I agree I will not hold Northwoods Boutique LLC and /or Linda Moraal and/or Barb Hardie responsible or liable in any manner for damaged goods in the boutique due to fire, theft or negligence or any other cause. Also as an exhibitor, I shall and will indemnify and save harmless Northwoods Boutique LLC and all exhibitors and their employees and workers from and against any and all liability, claims, expenses, fines, suits, actions, and causes of action of every kind and nature growing out of or in any way exhibitors, motorists, pedestrians, and customers activities associated with all Northwoods Boutique shows that I am a participant. I acknowledge that I had the option not to participate in the boutique if I did not wish to waive all such claims by me.

Product : All product should be fresh, clearly priced, and of the best quality. Keep in mind current trends, colors, season, and price range. We reserve the right to hold back any items we do not feel represents Northwoods image.
Drop off: Sat March 21 after 2pm
Pick up : Sun April 5th after 5pm DO NOT COME EARLY
Entry fee: $ 20 due with application by Feb 15th non-refundable

Commission: 25% you work a six hour shift for each show….35% you do not work You could split the shifts, or work 2 at one location……..let us know on application
Inventory sheets : due at delivery …. use tags with crafter # and price only ….. no inventory #’s phone #’s or address or web on tags. You will be asked to remove tags with phone #’s, email, and/or addresses on them, or we will remove them.
Checks : are mailed 2 weeks after the show ends
State tax and County tax : Northwoods collects and pays the taxes for you
Postcards: We will send flyers to you to hand out ---this is your direct advertising. Keep handy in your car etc to post at workplaces, schools, restaurants, church and so on. If you would like extra, or postcards for your mailing lists let us know, or you may provide e-mail addresses for NW to send. We are happy to oblige!
Please restock anytime---we have a drop off area and replenish continuously during the show.
